Welcome to Young B.O.S.S. NPO

Young B.O.S.S. NPO is a Los Angeles based at-risk youth organization created to bridge the gap between despair and destiny for our vulnerable youth. We provide mentorship and support to help our young people realize their hopes and dreams. Our mission is to empower them with the guidance and resources they need to overcome the barriers that disrupt their lives. Our goal is to cultivate them to be the next generation of leaders. We are the village that nurtures change.
